Artist's Statement:
To describe this track I would first have to describe Menoetius. A little over a year ago, I went through a very self destructive relationship. It evoked amounts of anger and frustration that I didn't even know were possible. Just like most of my thoughts and feelings, these ones had to be run through the mic. I didn't want Simulate Existence and these manic and nearly sociopathic thoughts to be directly related. I started pitch shifting these parts and running them under the name Menoetius. Although now I am comfortable enough to call them all the same thing, I still use the pitch shifting. It sounds more dope. "Brainiac" was originally born on a concept album that I am working on called "Dissociative Identity."
